We were kicked out no where to land. Bad part is hotel violated diability act. They kicked my 14 year old autistic boy to the curb. I have a call in to them i am filing a case on them. I have never been kicked out in my life. I am also filing a complai t with corporate. I givd them 0 out of 10 beware.

Checking in was a little rocky. The person checking us in was on the phone outside for about 10 minutes before they came in to realize we were standing there. I think we surprised him, and he fumbled the check in process. from there on it was great.

Nice hotel

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times when we came up to visit our daughter while she attended the university there. The rooms and hotel are very clean and the staff is great. We had 4 rooms total, 2 were on my account. My dad is in a wheelchair and needs assistance with everything. They had all our rooms in different floors. So every time we needed to help my father we had to go on the 4th floor but my room was on the 3rd floor. It made it difficult and a lot of walking. Other than that the hotel is very nice and they have a nice set up for breakfast. I should also mention that I booked our rooms 3 months in advance. They should have accommodated us to be able to stay at least on the same floor of my father’s handicap room.

Room bathroom was not cleaned very well. Hair clog in the sink which barely drained. Toilet did not function. I had to manually control the level with the service lid off. Shower had black mold growing. Air conditioner was damaged and rattled so bad the there was no possible way to sleep at night. Floor had smashed in food. This maybe just an isolated incident for one room that the previous occupants destroyed but housekeep should have noticed this. When reporting to the staff in the morning with photos they said they could do nothing at the time and would call me later. Later that day they called and said they would remove $39 from the price of the room, which has not occurred yet on the credit card. This could just be my financial institution, but how poorly that room was maintained, no one should be in that room until it is completely repaired.

The room was excellent and very comfortable. The only thing that could have been improved is the breakfast. When we went to breakfast there was not very much of a selection left and they didn't refill anything while we were eating either. Overall, still a great hotel and very friendly staff as well.

Mechanical issues

When we arrived at the hotel it was bitter cold and had to park around the building. In the room discovered that the fox station doesn't work so we were unable to watch the NFL division game elevators didn't work. Went to a restaurant to watch the game since the hotel Wi-Fi wouldn't support streaming on the tablet... back to the hotel we discovered that the end doors wouldn't open with our key cards (sign on door stating out of order) so they had to walk all the way around the building in sub-zero temperatures to the lobby... again elevator didn't work so we had to walk up the stairs to our floor. My husband has a bad hip so it made for a painful night to say the least.

Bad service

Not good, we check in with an unclean room then hit switch to another clean room. The phone didn’t work so when we need guest service got go from floor 4 to 1. The refrigerator in the room door wasnt close properly. Our room was with extra seating n there was only one small trash bin. Our trash put outside didn’t get pick up for two days was there there we we check out. We stay two night.
