Just 5 houses off private Harbor View Beach, this unique property features two houses for your stay! Perfect for extended families or groups who want to stay together with space to spread out!

Harbor View Beach, one of the few approved recreational shellfishing locations in the Clinton area, where visitors can enjoy clamming and exploring Connecticut’s scenic shoreline.

Seafood lovers will enjoy being close to shoreline restaurants such as Lenny & Joe’s Fish Tale with its iconic carousel and Bill’s Seafood.

You’ll also be minutes from Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, marinas and wineries such as Chamard Vineyards.

* Place all used towels and washcloths in the washing machine and start a Quick Wash cycle using bleach. If there are more towels than will fit, place the overflow towels in the laundry room
* Leave sheets bed unmade if they were used * Make sure all used kitchenware is washed and clean. * Remove all food and beverages from the refrigerator, freezer, cabinets, and pantry. *Set AC to 70
* Return all household items to the places originally found *Make sure the front and back doors are locked *Be sure to lock the sunroom slider using the silver latch on the top right side of the door

Everything about our experience was absolutely top notch. The host, accommodations, and the neighborhood was well worth it. This was our first time vacationing on the CT shoreline and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend to anyone considering this location. It was close to everything and the private beach just feet from the house was an added plus!

Perfect for families or guests with children or couples. Having the second house with double bed and walk-in shower is a real plus. Good for a mother-in-law, second couple or just as an escape or private space for work or quiet time. Having the second shower a bonus as well. Modern and quaint with nice yard, fire pit and bar b q grill. Definitely will return.
