Beautiful, recently renovated barn in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

Situated just 4 miles from Clitheroe, Whalley and Waddington, and only 1 mile from Hurst Green and the famous Tolkein Trail, this modern barn conversion can sleep up to 4 people in 2 generously sized double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and spectacular views over looking fields and Pendle Hill.
The downstairs area, heated by air source underfloor heating, is comprised of a spacious living room which leads through to an open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen leads to the back entrance and utility area with a washer / dryer and downstairs toilet.
Outside is partially paved and grassed, with access to the surrounding fields behind. Amazing views can be enjoyed with seating and eating areas to the front and back, over looking the surrounding fields with Pendle Hill as a stunning back drop.
There is ample car parking space for 4 vehicles.

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in it was so peaceful and the house felt cosy. It had everything you could think of or need. Some lovely villages round it . I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Perfect stay!
We had a fantastic stay at the property. It’s been beautifully done up with everything you need. The owners had kindly set up the highchair and travel cot prior to our arrival, and also provided enough washing pods which was very useful with two children under three and a wet weather! We’d highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Wonderful area we didnt know existed
Wonderful amount of space and apart from pasta bowls everything we needed and more. Outside wifi extender would be great and comfy fold up chairs with backs to watch the sun set would be a great addition. As a previous country cottage land lord myself I highly recommend staying overnight a few times to see for yourself how it feels and works. Amazing location and walks in every direction savouring views of Pendle hill and other fells at every turn. Unusually hot so a pole for kitchen velux would be great too. Over all we had a fabulous stay.

Stunning property in an idyllic location
Renovated to the highest standards, the cottage has wonderful views and easy access to Stonyhurst, the Tolkien Trail and similar walks. Very comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for four adults. Rachel is an exemplary host; attentive, considerate and with an eye for detail. Our visit could not have been better. Many thanks.

Somewhere new
We stayed here for a wedding locally and were very pleased we decided to stay an extra few days. The cottage is absolutley gorgeous and the rural localtion suited us very well. The booking was easy and we were kept informed of things we needed to know. If it was closer to home we would become a regular visitor. We do hope to come back one day. If you choose to stay here I feel you would not be dissappointed.

Gorgeous cottage in beautiful surroundings. Very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Clitheroe and Whaley about a 15 min drive but Hurst Green is about 1.5 mile walk. Would highly recommend and would love to return in the future 😊
