Additional Details to Note:

The pet fee is $200, with a maximum of two pets allowed.

Please review the House Rules section for Rental Agreement, as well as the Pool Waiver, which guests are required to acknowledge prior to booking.

The Rental Agreement outlines the house rules and any applicable fees that may be incurred if they are not followed. These include policies such as no parties, no smoking, quiet hours, and late checkout.

The Pool Waiver confirms that guests understand and accept personal responsibility when using the pool or spa.

Additionally, please note that our home is located in the mountains and surrounded by nature. Local wildlife is present, and while we take preventative measures, it is beyond our control. Leaving doors open while unloading or while using the pool may allow wildlife to enter. We also have routine pest control service; however, spider webs can occasionally appear overnight. Our housekeeping team does their best to keep the home well maintained, but nature is unpredictable.
