This house is less than a year old and offers all the amenities for an epic stay. Steps from the beach and the beautiful town of SANTA TERESA. The house will be entirely yours! it offers, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen. It also has a beautiful private rooftop patio. Although I own the house, there is always concierge's help on the property to make your stay completely stress-free and relaxing. This house is located in one of the most beautiful beach towns in the world SANTA TERESA! It is on the north side of santa teresa near eat street, Selinas North hotel, and many other great restaurants. It's only 120 meters from the beach. 4x4 is not needed to access the property. The beach, shopping, restaurants are all accessable on foot from this property. If you would like to see more of santa teresa and the surounding areas we can help you to rent an atv, motorcycle, bike or car for your trip.
