Inside the beach home is 2400 SQ. FT. of living area, you will find everything you need for a wonderful stay. Home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, loft area and fenced yard. It is also steps away from the sands of Cocoa Beach and a short walk to the FAMOUS COCOA BEACH PIER, which you can see at the end of our street!

Fine Dining and Shopping is easily accessible within walking distance. There are plenty of great restaurants to pick from!

Once you open the door to your beach house you immediately feel at home. The open floor plan, tall ceilings, and beautiful décor are just so welcoming!

The lounge area has plenty of seating for everyone with comfortable couches and a 65 inch 4K Smart TV for watching movies or browsing the internet. All televisions in the house come with un-interrupted FREE NETFLIX! So sit back and enjoy a movie on us after a fun day at the beach!!! There are also, plenty of family games to play or books to read.

Step into the fully stocked kitchen with granite counter-tops, huge island with swivel stools, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal!

There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor!

Walk up the wooden stairs to the second floor that host a loft area with a futon that sleeps two, Laundry Room with over-sized Washer and Dryer, and Full Bathroom.

The Master Bedroom is private, spacious, and is beautifully decorated! It features an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath tub for two, separate shower, dual sinks.
There is a desk for remote working!
Enjoy a 50 inch Smart Roku Television that has un-interrupted FREE NETFLIX!
A fabulous outdoor covered balcony is accessed through French doors where you can enjoy quiet mornings with your coffee watching the sun rise or enjoy a cocktail and sit back and watch the sunset!

Second Bedroom is spacious, huge closet, and is beautifully decorated. Features two single beds and one full size bed.

House is a 3 minute walk to the beach, a straight shot to the end of our block with no major roads to cross.
