Spectacular View

The condo was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of Cocoa Beach. Fun restaurants were within walking distance. Our host was very responsive and helpful when one of our party left a jacket behind.

Perfect little ocean view stay

Quiet, clean, and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Dawn was easy to get ahold of, even when the VRBO app wasn’t working to let me text her, for some reason. She adjusted her minimum stay for us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location and cozy condo

The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The small little details such as water bottles in the frig, snacks and breakfast items were a nice touch. Although we did not take advantage of the all the nice beach items located in the closet, if one was going to spend time on the beach there were ample beach supplies. Lastly, I had one question when I arrived so I called the owner and she answered promptly and was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Views

We couldn’t be happier with this rental. The pictures do t do it justice - we have never had such wonderful views of the Cocoa Beach coastline - you can even see the ocean from the bedroom. Too bad there was no rocket launch during our stay because the balcony would have been a perfect viewing spot. Apartment is very well stocked and clean (it’s impressive when floors don’t feel sandy underfoot at a beach rental). Owner is highly responsive and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Beach Time

Made a quick trip to our favorite Cocoa Beach for some R&R, just me and my husband. Location is excellent, walked everywhere, great restaurants close, as well as the Dollar General. Super impressed with the high quality beach chairs and umbrella - a fairly inexpensive way to keep renters happy! The only ding is for the pictures that made the unit look a lot bigger than it is, but that is a pretty universal ding we give no matter where we stay. The unit is great and cute anyway with usual wear throughout, especially the kitchen. Everything worked, and we had all we needed. We'll definitely stay there again without hesitation!
