Stay in this beautifully appointed home and enjoy! Walk and bike everywhere from this cute three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 8. Sanders Beach is an iconic neighborhood with tree lined streets, quiet and close to all things North Idaho.

This little bunny house is on the evening route of the Sanders Beach wild bunnies. They are so cute and cuddly and sure to enchant and entertain! This is the perfect location for your family vacation and you can bring your dog! Walk and bike everywhere from this cute two bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 8. Sanders Beach is an iconic neighborhood in CDA, tree lined streets, quiet and close to Tubbs Hill, Sanders Beach (of-course) the lake, downtown CDA and all things N. Idaho has to offer.

The Space:
This fully remodeled home boasts two living areas and plenty of space to sleep 8! The cute backyard is fenced in and you will love spending warm nights playing games and enjoying a truly quiet family vacation living like a local. A new addition remodel was just completed Spring 2025 adding an additional bedroom and bathroom.

Iconic Sanders Beach is a very quiet and quaint neighborhood. Rest and relax easily in this tree lined neighborhood filled with wild bunnies and all the charm associated! You are just down the street from downtown CDA and all the entertainment, food and shopping of Sherman Avenue, CDA's "Main Street".

Getting Around:
Bring your bike! Or rent one from a nearby bike rental. Bike or walk everywhere!

Interaction with guests:
You will have the space and independence to feel as if this is your own home. Your host, Amy (that's me;) is always on hand if there is anything you need or if there is something I can help you with. I live downtown CDA as well and am always reachable.

Cute house, great location!! Sherman Ave is right there and so many shops, bars and dining!! House is in the middle of a remodel so I am assuming some of the things I list will be fixed! Cherry tree in the back was the biggest problem, we had our dog with us and it was hard to keep her out of them, they are all over the yard and back porch. Just be aware if you have kids or dogs. I know landscaping is part of what they are looking to fix. Definitely could use an umbrella out on the back patio, got a little toasty. Towel hooks needed in bathrooms, again they are in the middle of a remodel and based on what they have already done I am sure that is coming!! Would definitely book again, location is amazing and communication with owner was spot on! Gave it 5 stars for that reason!

Great family getaway

The house was perfect for our large young family. Within walking distance of a lot of great spots and it was so fun for the kids to watch the wild turkeys and bunnies out the big windows. Amy was responsive and wonderful to communicate with throughout the entire booking and stay.

Nice Stay in CDA

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay at the bunny house! The house is renovated and included all the comforts of home (smart tv's, washer/dryer, toaster, blender, etc) and had a nice patio and backyard. The property is walking distance to downtown CDA and Sanders beach, which is very convenient! We would definitely recommend! Just a word of caution for families with kids - the house does have a couple areas with a step down to the next room (ie. kitchen/ dining and living room/front entry) and my 4 1/2 yr old kept forgetting about the steps. It was not a negative for the property at all, you just have to keep a watchful eye for little ones!

I want to give 5-Stars but
..

The house is well setup for a large group and was well thought out, updated, quality furnishings, excellent climate control, great neighborhood, and good access to the freeway. The cleaning crew however was not doing their job. We had ti wipe the inside of the fridge, remove crumbs from the large button cushion sofa, some supplies were left empty and not stocked, light bulbs were out, front yard was completely full of dog mess, the deck had cheery droppings all over the deck and patio furniture which were really difficult to get off your shoes, and fallen leaves all over the deck and furniture. It really felt as if no one was expecting for us to show up! This dampened the mood and causes extra work but we enjoyed the visit overall. Had the property been prepared to be more ready and welcoming I would have given our stay 5-stars and I want to, but can’t in good conscience.

Bunny House was great!

We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good location close to a beach and walkable distance to downtown. Saw wild bunnies all the time, and even deer once. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

Property appears to have been recently refurbished. It was quiet and very comfortable. The kitchen has new appliances and is well outfitted. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the beach and downtown. The rabbits were a nice bonus. Highly recommended.
