LOCATION/ATTRACTIONS
This home is located just steps from McEuen Park and Tubbs Hill with all of its lovely trails and private beaches. Coeur d'Alene's main street is a must do where you will find many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops. The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, and dog park are all just moments from your doorstep. Just a few blocks up the street is a local favorite, Moontime Pub and Grill, and just down the street is the infamous floating green at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. As mentioned previously, a pretty perfect location!

BEDROOMS/BATHS
This home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king size bed, the second bedroom is also located on the main floor and has two twin beds and last but certainly not least the third bedroom which is located downstairs and has a queen size bed.

INDOOR LIVING SPACE
As you walk in the front door the cute kitchen is supplied nicely with plenty of cookware and dishes to whip up those special meals shared with your family. A comfortable dining area with a dining table, seats up to 6 people comfortably.

AMENITIES/FEATURES
This home has wireless Internet and a smart TV for streaming any apps you desire. A flat screen tv is located in the living room for catching up on shows or fun movie nights. Live TV is not included so please plan accordingly. There is a A/C unit located in the living room for cooling things down a bit during those warm summer months. The back yard has a deck with a propane grill, a seating area and it also has chairs surrounding a small firepit area for telling those scary stories or just taking it easy after a day of fun activities. The kitchen refrigerator does not have an operational ice maker so please feel free to pick up a couple of bags of ice at the store right around the corner if you happen to need some for your stay. The home has a driveway for parking and street parking is available as well.

PETS
This home is pet-friendly, albeit on a case-by-case basis and with a $150 pet fee per pet. No more than 2 small/medium sized dog allowed per stay. No cats allowed.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This home is available for $2225/month off-season.
