The Space:

You’ll enjoy the feeling of privacy and seclusion while only being 10 minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene’s public beaches, parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whether you’re planning a family trip or a couple’s getaway, you’ll adore the amenities and location.

This three-story, three-bedroom home conveniently features a bedroom and bathroom on each level. Encircled by windows filled with lake views, the spacious master bedroom is located on the top floor. You’ll sleep peacefully in the king bed under a stunning vaulted ceiling. This room is complete with a large flat-screen TV, cozy seating, and a desk with an incredible view. The attached master bathroom has a standing shower for your morning routine and a Jacuzzi tub for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The additional bedrooms are on the main floor and lower level with queen beds. The main level bedroom is bright and airy with French doors and vaulted ceilings. The lower-level bedroom features private access to a small patio with chairs and views of the lake—perfect for sipping morning coffee. Unattached to the bedrooms, the main and lower levels have large full bathrooms with shower/tubs.

The main level living area houses the high-end kitchen. Between the tile countertops and tile kitchen island with seating for three, there’s plenty of room for preparing meals while you enjoy the sun streaming in. The kitchen comes complete with a reverse osmosis water filtration system for the cleanest drinking water around. Adjacent to the kitchen is the open dining area with a beautiful wooden table that seats six. The island and table’s proximity allow for easy conversation wherever you’re seated. Nestled in front of many large windows, the living room features a stunning (and comfy) indigo couch, Smart TV, and scenic forest and lake views you’ll enjoy throughout your trip. There's even a closet full of games and a shelf full of books for endless entertainment.

Head outdoors for a relaxing ambiance stocked with amenities. With an upper and lower portion, the home’s deck is absolutely fantastic. Those who enjoy outdoor dining will enjoy the large table with seating for six. There is also a gas firepit to enjoy in evenings, and an awning that can be rolled out for extra shade on a sunny day.
