We paid a premium price for a budget room during the Easter weekend, which was already disappointing. Did expect a basic, small room, but were confronted with a room that was infested with bugs.

A very good price when you just need a short stay. Room and amenities perfectly good for that purpose. Not totally comfortable with the shower floor being on one level with the rest of the bathroom. Will stay again when in Coffs for a short stay

You get want you pay for budget accomodation but bathroom was not maintained shower vinyl sheeting was damaged and needed fixing

Bed was broken and falling apart, very noisy next door to a pub, was given wrong room and walked in on someone. Worst nights accommodation ever! I would not recommend this place. Pay a bit more and get a good nights sleep!
