Quite often stay in Coffs, always stay at royal palm it is clean and comfortable, rooms are tight but perfect for 1 night. Have stayed in some poor quality motels, but royal palm is predictable good, front reception was very helpful

Have stayed in many places in Coffs and this is the best value, with the best hosts, and it will be my place of preference from now on. Top restaurants with 50 metres, shopping etc.

Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely, friendly staff. The rooms and property were immaculate and well maintained. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the amenities in the too. We’re all in clean, working order. We would definitely stay again!

The room was lovely comfotable with a couch. A lot of nice touches such as tissues, new kettle, toiletries etc. Well looked after grounds and pool. Parking right outside rooms so easy to unload. Free washing facilities and place to hang washing if you don't want to use the dryer. Management gave good advice on local places to visit, and were very friendly.

Comfortable and clean with friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again. Only issue was the toilet in the room took a few flushes to get a small bit of toilet paper from a number 1 down.
