Welcome to Seaside on Fourth, a secluded and spacious two-bedroom holiday apartment perfectly positioned directly across from Sawtell Main Beach. Tucked away on the second floor, this sun-drenched retreat opens out onto a breezy private courtyard and is ideal for families or couples looking to experience everything Sawtell has to offer — all within walking distance.

Step inside and you’ll find a beautifully appointed, stone-topped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher — perfect for those who love to cook while on holiday. The open-plan living area offers a comfortable lounge with ample seating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a large Smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and includes:

Close to everything cafe beach and was an easy walk Only fault was the garage door we were concerned it was in desperate need of a service - very clunky and we thought it might collapse all together Dishwasher didn’t work error message and it smelt terrible in need of a very good clean out
