Enjoy this beautiful rural accommodation in Alhaurín el Grande, which combines tranquillity, nature and easy access to services and leisure. Located less than 5 km from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, you will have within reach supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl, shopping centres like La Trocha, and a wide socio-cultural and gastronomic offer in the area and in Málaga capital. Additionally, the proximity to motorways facilitates excursions to iconic places such as El Caminito del Rey or the beaches of the Costa del Sol.



The house, of 130 m², is comfortable and bright, with capacity for 6 people distributed in three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds). Please note that this property does not admit more than one baby per booking (0-2 years). All have windows to the outside and storage space for your luggage. The accommodation offers a cosy living-dining room with television and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing with family. The kitchen, spacious and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all necessary utensils, is perfect for easily preparing your meals.



The exteriors are a true paradise: a well-maintained garden, covered porches to enjoy the views and a private pool that will be the centre of fun for adults and children, with sunbeds to relax and an outdoor bathroom with a shower to change after swimming. Additionally, it features a gas grill for delicious outdoor lunches. The plot is fenced and has open-air parking in the same building for your convenience.



The property also has air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi and a hairdryer. The location is perfect for families, with a rural and peaceful area, but with easy access to multiple services and activities: restaurants, supermarkets, water parks, golf courses, and nearby beaches, all within 35 km.
