Both snowmobile and ATV trail access with plenty of room for trailers. very private with neighborhood having plenty of views of Dixville Notch. Just 15 minutes to downtown Colebrook. All wheel or 4 wheel drive recommended during winter months

Had an amazing weekend at this beautiful, quaint, isolated cabin which had more than everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy the mountain air. Owners EXTREMELY nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend my husband takes me away to this place again real soon! :) Darrin & Jenn

Great home base for snowmobiling, right on the trail, close to gas. Nice private, clean updated home. Owner Scott was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again
