OUR FAMILY HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE 8 PLUS YEARS. TWICE SOMETIME 3 TIMES A YEAR. NEVER HAD NO PROBLEMS SMOOTH CHECK IN AND OUT. WE LOVE STAYING ON THE FIRST FLOOR BY THE POOL, THEY ALWAY ACCMMODATE US. WE CALL IN ADVANCE TO REQUEST FIRST FLOOR, CRIBS FOR OUR GRANDKIDS. WHEN WE ARRIVE EVERYTHING WE ASK FOR IS DONE. WILL RECOMMEND 1000% PLUS THE BEST PART MY GRANDKIDS ENJOY THE POOL, THE RESTAURANT. Hotel was right in the plaza, which is a nice place to walk around in the evening. I got the junior suite. Room was nice, but the only problem is that the neighbors next to the hotel have roosters which kept waking me up at 3 in the morning until I decided to move rooms on the other side of the hotel. Hotel is in a convenient location next to restaurants, shops and banks.
