It was a great stay, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has a good variety of food in their buffet and the restaurant personnel are very attentive. We spent a lot of time at the pools and really enjoyed the stay.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness in one of the bedrooms we were assigned. The sheets were dirty and there were dirty cotton swabs in between the sheets. The toilet had so much dust accumulated, who knows when it was the last time they cleaned.

The staff were very friendly, they cleaned our room immediately after we would leave. The facility is kept cleaned, it feels safe and welcoming. This is our second time starting here and we are planning on staying there again when we come back.

My recent stay at Hotel María Isabel in Colima was a pleasant and comfortable experience. While the rooms are simple and unpretentious, they are clean, well-maintained, and provide all the essentials for a good night’s rest. One of the highlights was the shower—excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, making for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. It’s a small but important detail that the hotel gets right. The on-site restaurant is a convenient option, offering a variety of dishes without the need to venture far. The outdoor patio, surrounded by lush potted greenery, adds to the charm, creating a relaxed and inviting space. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or coffee while soaking in the local atmosphere and people-watching. The hotel also features a swimming pool, which appeared clean and well-maintained, though I didn’t have the chance to use it. It’s a great perk for those looking to cool off and unwind. A standout aspect of my stay was the warm and accommodating staff. The employees were kind, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel welcome. Overall, Hotel María Isabel strikes a great balance between comfort, convenience, and atmosphere.
