Surrounded by 5 acres of mostly wooded area makes you feel secluded but just 1 minute off of interstate 840 and just a few minutes from interstate 65 makes a quick drive to Franklin, Nashville, Arrington and many other places! Get lost in a book or conversation on the spacious screened in porch that wraps around 3/4 of the home! Plenty of room inside to relax or play a fun game of pool on the full sized pool table.

The cabin needs a lot of attention. We entered the cabin and spent an hour looking for the smoke alarm that was chirping. Ended up being the carbon monoxide detector. Just unplugged it. There are a couple smoke detectors that aren't even working. One of the toilets in the downstairs wasn't operating...chain off...our son-in-law fixed it. The door knob was missing to go into the laundry room. That was interesting to pry open. The fireplace didn't work. The sink in the kitchen has a leak and there is mold underneath that sink. The refrigerator is plugged into an extension cord. (Against building code...my husband is a building inspector.) Couch is broken down. Light bulb out in the master bedroom bathroom. We put in a new one. The shower in the same bathroom is interesting to say the least. Shower heads on one side and then you walk back to the other side to try to adjust water temp. What a pain. Upstairs bedroom had a panel off the wall that revealed wires. Outside the grill was filthy and grease all over the deck in front of it. The furniture outside needs a good scrubbing. The arm rests are black. Honestly, if the owner would just do some TLC to the property, it would be a great place to stay. Loved the location.

Definitely not what expected. Online pictures were not what property really looked like. The screened porch plus pool table(grandkids like) were the only thing we liked. Many of outlets didn’t work as well as lights. Coat rack was on wall was held on with basically 1 nail. Fell off with a coat on it. Shower in upstairs bathroom would not work. Would not recommend or stay again. Have photos of few negative things.

Our stay here while in town for a wedding was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space (the wrap-around screen porch was an ideal hangout) and 4 oversized bedrooms handled our multigenerational crew very nicely. Water pressure was an ongoing topic (13 people getting ready for a wedding) but apparently it is what it is (per the owner). Owner was open to a recap of a few items to be addressed but it did not hinder our stay.

Great Location

In town for a wedding in Spring Hill. Location was great. Inside the house was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Cleanup process was easy. If you're looking for a home base for a vacation, I'd recommend this house.

The house was beautiful however there was a few things that need some attention.. not a lot of pots and pans to choose from.. I went to Walmart and bought 2 and left them there.. the couch was very worn and hard to get out of.. the hot water in the kitchen sink is practically non existent.. hardly no water pressure.. the showers had hardly any water pressure at all.. the lighting in the bathrooms was poor and considering we were there for a wedding it was disappointing.. the house itself really was beautiful tho..

The location was nice, gas station 2 min away grocery 10. The porch was amazing, I would add hooks for hammocks. It’s a large open wooden home so the sound carries. The water pressure was a weak that was the only big negative
