Your reservation acknowledge went to trash. No reminder via text so I thought I had not really booked anything. Booked another hotel and then get dinged for no-show first night cost. There was an entire wall where the fuse was blown unbeknownst to us, and we lost all of our food as the refrigerator was on that fuse. Also, i have photos and video of wet spots in the bathroom around the light that ended up being urine coming down from the room above. We noticed that the toilet and the bathroom floor was wet with fluid from over night. We recorded the next morning. I have to clean another party's urine off of the toilet and floor so that we could use the facilities. When we brought it up to staff, (makayla) we were told to go through our 3rd party app to recieve a refund. As soon as i stepped outside, I called Travelocity and they contacted the hotel and rold me that i would recieve a refund. Not only did I not get a refund, but was charged the full amount. I have been calling since Saturday 7/5 tonget this resolved and I am just getting the run around. I absolutely do not recommend this property.

Spent afew days here for a concert for 4th of July. I’ve stayed at many places due to my job working on the road and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed, I had a two bed room and requested more clean towels when the housekeeper said at 11 am, who is going to wait ?! I called the front desk to request and he apologized stating she should never have told me that . The towels never came until after 3 when I returned from the same housekeeper! She asked me to give the room next door their towels because there was a dog , if this is a pet friendly hotel why is she working there. The staff have no social skills whatsoever, the bartender and the gentlemen bringing out our food were the nicest staff members. They had no ice on any of the floors. They keep a freezer downstairs for guests to get ice . I also noticed they charged me for the incidental fee when there was none . I have pictures of the room when I left with the towels and linen and trash I put in the corner neatly . Something told me to take pics. Also I have another charge for $23.16 added onto incidental that I have no idea where it came from and am waiting to hear back from this hotel on why I have these charges. Also the phone and clock were both unplugged , the hallway to my floor had the same debris on the carpet as I arrived and when I left three days later. The fridge was a hotbox. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. also the shower door would not stay closed. Im sure i am forgetting some things. Worst hotel

Mediocre hotel

Staff was very nice but the amenities were awful. No microwave in room only have 1 microwave to use for whole hotel so we had to wait in line to warm food up. The stairwell is only from the second floor to the top which bring bring concern of fire hazard Only had two elevator that worked.
