We had an excellent time at Sir Arthur. Everything was exceptionally clean and well done. Several meals in, we had every kitchen gadget, pot pan, or plate we needed. And the space... everyone got to spread out, relax and enjoy. Eric is the most responsive host I have ever known....flexible and accommodating. I am returning to Aggieland and will be staying at the Sir Arthur again! Location, location, location. Nestled in a warm and inviting neighborhood, it was easy to navigate to popular destinations without having to access the heavily trafficked roads....a plus in and of itself.

Our stay was perfect for a game weekend! The space was laid out great for our combo of family and friends. The hall bath had 2 sinks / mirrors separate from the tub/toilet, which was great when shared with 5 people. We could get ready for the game while someone else was showering! The backyard was huge and we enjoyed playing cornhole. The kids even made friends with kids who live in the cul de sac and played some street football as a pregame. The location is really close to campus. You’ll likely want to drive, unless you’re up for a bit of a walk, but it’s really not bad. We didn’t have any issues that required the host, but he was super responsive leading up to the stay! He checked in mid-stay, too, which I missed because we were having so much fun!

The house was clean and organized - had everything we needed. The second bathroom with double sinks made it super convenient for multiple people to get ready at one time. The backyard was huge and had lots of games for us to play while at the house. It was perfect for a game day weekend and location was perfect. The house isn’t too far from the stadium or food spots. The host was fast at responding and provided all the information we needed. Check in was super easy! I’d recommend this house for a group of people for game day!

Home away from home

This house was perfect. Our family had more than enough space. The kids love how big the back yard is. Quiet Neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Love our stay. Will book again when in the area. Oh if you space here make sure you check your messages the host will provide wood for the pit.

Graduation

This house was perfect for the family. We had 9 adults and 2 children and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of room. We rented the house to attend and celebrate my daughters graduation. We enjoyed the background by playing corn hole and making burgers. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the house was clean and well stocked. Check in and check out were a breeze. I would recommend this house to anyone and I would stay here again. Thank you Eric for everything! Gig Em!
