I wasn't going to leave a review but since I'm needing to book another stay down there and avoiding this place I guess I should. Payed for the extra bed but it was just a fold out couch. Not a big deal but the stains of the mattress were awful. Reaction from the staff was basically meh, we know.

We do strive to offer the best customer service possible and I sincerely apologize that you did not get the service you deserved. That issue will be addressed. We are up for renovations at the beginning of 2023 and hope that you might reconsider and visit again after renovations are completed.
