Had a good experience until I requested a late checkout for today. My father had a HEART ATTACK and was recovering in the room and as a benefits member we can request late checkout times. I spoke to THREE different people who stated the checkout time of 2:00pm was approved and we would have no issues. It’s 11:47 and they already de-activated his key. Unorganized and sad representation of holiday inn express. I stayed 3 nights and was asked on night two if I was a food delivery service… mind you I walked in with my husband and child and our to go food which countless people do. I may have looked a little ragged since I have been day in and out taking care of my father who just had heart surgery but that just seemed so rude, we walked straight in the hotel and were heading to the elevators we didn’t look lost or like we were waiting to deliver food. Horrible experience due to staff. Do not recommend them. Completely unorganized
