Villa il Tombolo conveys the great friendliness of the owners and the extraordinary refinement of the eighteenth-century villa. A very well-kept park surrounds it, with centuries-old trees. Independent residence of 28 + 12 composed of the villa sleeps 8 + 6 and the cottage + outbuilding of 20 + 6 beds. Possibility to rent the two buildings separately since they both have their own swimming pool or together for larger groups.

The Villa (4 bedrooms) is on the ground floor of:
a chapel consecrated to San Rocco;
a lounge (approx. 60 sqm) with a central fireplace furnished with sofas and tables, perfect for dinners and parties;
a dining room with a central table and a living room with TV (60 sq. m.), from the living room you have the possibility
through a glass door to access the basement / cellar;
a kitchen (approx. 60 sqm) which opens with two glass doors onto a terrace adjacent to the garden from which one is
access to the Villa's pool.

The kitchen is equipped with a column fridge, column freezer, electric slicer, electric oven,
stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, pots, dishwasher, tables and chairs both
outdoor and indoor, washing machine with clothes hangers in an external room.
