Basic good-value accommodation with parking close to waterfront
This unit is especially good for a couple or family that wants basic lodging within easy walking distance of a beach. Met our criteria as a couple for value lodging for a 3-night stay in Collioure:
- LOCATION: 5 min walk to waterfront and nearest restaurants; 15 min walk to old town with many restaurants.
- CLOTHES WASHER. We brought our own liquid laundry detergent.
- KITCHEN. (Though we ended up not using it.)
- PARKING. Unassigned, but plenty available. We parked in front of apt building.
Basic room furnishings. We slept in the twin beds in the bedroom; clean sheets are in the armoire for making up the beds. Along with liquid laundry detergent, we brought our own soap/shampoo. Basic towels of various sizes were provided.
The unit met our modest expectations. Upon arrival, before your greeter leaves you may want to ensure you know how to use the washing machine, ensure you know the WiFi network and password, learn the location of the outside trash / recycle receptacles.
