Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful…loved the reception personnel showed us to our room. The room was modern and very comfortable with a balcony that over looked a park and fountain. It was easy walking to restaurants and attractions. Many very nice touches such as boxes of water in our car as we left. Highly recommend this hotel!

This property was perfectly located on a lovely park within a short walking distance of the town center. It was a very cool and modern building. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed with Dyson hair dryers, etc. The service team at the front desk and in the restaurant were very good. The dinner restaurant at the property has 2 Michelin stars which may be a bit extravagant for many but the city center is very close for other dining alternatives.

Really nice hotel, great location. Room was small but extremely clean and nice, especially for Europe. I would stay there again. Only thing I could mention, tech a bit off. The QR codes didn’t work well, chrome cast advertised but not working and I like my evening tv. Otherwise, superb.

We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds.

I recently went to Colmar and we all stayed here during hot august months. The hotel was very lovely and the staff helpful as well. Our biggest highlight was the spa, very pleasant. The rooms were also spacious and nice bedding. Would definitely stay again
