Large clean room with good facilities. Had dinner in hotel, food and drink good but waiter constantly in his phone. Couldn’t get through to hotel for shuttle bus from airport and no one on reception when we arrived. However shuttle bus back to airport was easy to arrange.

We boked this hotel because it was highly reated with great reviews. We were delighted everything matched!!! It is well located short drive to Cologne Cathedral dome--16 minutes. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Wifi is super fast. The service staff is so helpful and friendly. after our 15 hour flight, we were well rested to go to Chrismtas market. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and above-beyond service. No wonder it is fully-booked for the weekend. The parking is convenient and close to the hotel.

Great hotel, modern, comfortable and clean. Nice bar and the gym had a smith machine and cables - better than most hotel gyms. Check in and out was super quick and staff very friendly. Rooms were spacious. Only thing I’d say that was a bit of a let down was the menu was limited and there’s no other restaurants in walking distance
