Nice apartment to stay. Good accommodation. Top of the block and no lift so be aware. No parking and zealous car tow so also be aware. Not a place for large vehicles. Good for holiday stay. Nice area and there is a small shop and bar in easy reach.

We needed a home base for days trips and this property served us well. Host was very accessible and everything clean. Only disappointments: Some features looking a little worn and no microwave. As described, 3rd flr walk up in a quiet neighborhood. Cute neighborhood pub.

Beautiful apartment

Great place to stay, friendly owner and very accommodating, walking distance to public transportation, a couple of restaurants, and fairly quiet neighborhood. The beds are firm but big enough. No AC, we opened windows but it would be nice to have some fans for the hot summer days. Only 1 Bathroom so it was tight to get 6 people accommodated in the morning - lock is tricky and finally opted to not to lock when using the bathroom. Plenty of towels and the kitchen has the basics. Again, with 6 people we had to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für 4 bis 6 Personen, um einen Städteurlaub in Köln zu machen. Gut ausgestattet und alles nötige am Start. Parkplatzsuche kann bei später Anreise etwas schwierig werden. Aber mit den Öffis kommt man super überall hin. (Zoo, Schwebebahn, Innenstadt, Museen)Beim Check-Inn fehlten uns ein paar Infos (z.B. Mülltrennung) aber der Vermieter hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Teenies hier und waren alle zufrieden.Als wir in die Wohnung kamen, waren wir über die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Der Boden glänzte und es war alles schön hergerichtet.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, daher muss man gut zu Fuß sein.Leider gibt es als Aufenthaltsraum nur die Küche, welche allerdings mit einem großen Tisch und auch ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen hat, aber ansich wäre ein Wohnzimmer schön gewesen. Da wir allerdings fast nur zum Schlafen hier waren, war es so in Ordnung für uns.Man kommt schnell fußläufig zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, allerdings ist die Gegend nicht die Tollste.Die Parksituation stellt sich schwierig dar. Es ist ein Wohngebiet und wenn man erst abends mit dem Auto zurück kommt, muss man mehrere Runden um die Blöcke kreisen und hoffen, dass ein Parkplatz frei ist.Dafür sind die Parkplätze kostenfrei.Wir würden die Wohnung weiweiterempfehlen, das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt und der Vermieter sich viel Mühe gibt.

Beeindruckend tolle Wohnung

Wohnung gut, Stadtteil geht so, Gastgeber super!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung von Hakan. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Ein paar Gabeln mehr, wäre bei 6 Personen gut, aber wir kamen klar. An der ein oder anderen Stelle müssten bei Gelegenheit kleinere Reparaturen durchgeführt werden (Aufhängung der Fenster), aber für unsere Zwecke (tgl. Ausflüge und Wohnung nur als Schlafplatz genutzt), war das kein Problem. Mit 6 Personen nutzt man den Essplatz in der Küche als gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum. Alle anderen Zimmer sind Schlafzimmer. Die UBahn Station ist fußläufig erreichbar, genau wie diverse Supermärkte. Für Ausflüge und Selbstversorger ideal. Anstrengend war die stetige Parkplatzsuche am Abend nach diversen Ausflügen. Es wird zwar überall kostenlos an der Straße geparkt, aber die Parkplätze sind ab 18:30h auch so gut wie alle belegt. Somit kreist man endlos und hofft, oder nimmt einen Parkplatz mit einem Fußmarsch in Kauf. Die Umgebung an sich ist ein etwas herunter gekommen Stadtteil von Köln. Auch in Teilen sichtbar, durch Sperrmüll welcher tagelang rumliegt. Zeitweise war auch der Lärm durch laute Diskussionen auf den Straßen wirklich nervig. Hakan war als Gastgeber super. Er erkundigte sich zwischendurch nach unserem Wohlbefinden, war stets erreichbar und auch schnell mit Antworten per WhatsApp. Für den Gastgeber gibt es einen dicken Daumen hoch. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen: Anbindung an Öffis super, Stadtteil naja, Gastgeber top. Somit 4 Sterne.

Einfach super. Das Appartement ist top ausgestattet, neuwertig eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon. Parken an der Strasse ist möglich und kostenlos. Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Vermieter. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und Haltestelle gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Jederzeit wieder.

Eenvoudig maar prima appartement. Goede ligging, bakkerij op ca. 200mtr, bushalte en metrostation op ca. 400mtr en winkelstraat op ca. 500mtr. Verzorging was in orde. Wel was de schoonmaak van met name de keuken ondermaats, rondom het keukenblok was het niet schoon. Tevens ontbrak er op één slaapkamer verduistering. Dit zijn punten van aandacht voor de verhuurder. Verder een goede voldoende !!

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und ruhig. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Fuldaer Str. ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und von dort ist man in 9 Minuten beim Heumarkt.
