A localização Ă© boa, porĂ©m, o atendimento na recepção Ă© impessoal e sem nenhuma simpatia ou gentileza, o atendimento no cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© pĂ©ssimo, lento e com funcionĂĄrios mal humorados. A limpeza do quarto deixa muito a desejar e pra falar a verdade, as toalhas tive dĂșvidas de que eram lavadas... enfim, eu nĂŁo recomendaria, vocĂȘ pode encontrar outro lugar com um preço semelhante e ser melhor recebido.

the food was good in the restruant and the staff was very helpful. but cold showers , good location for catching a cruise ship . burger king next door and shoping for the ladys .

Go to the Melia!

The shower was not working !!!They sent a plumber who had to return 3 times to finally fix it ,after 1.5 hours.... The linen was spoiled not clean at all, Found pubic hair in the sheets..... Worst Sheraton we've ever been at... All the manager would do was saying he was sorry and would have the room inspected.... We should have tried the Melia in Colon wich was 25$ less expensive !!!!

Nice hotel near to cruise port.

I stayed at this hotel awaiting to board a cruise ship. It was very nice and convenient for me. A breakfast was included, but found shells in eggs.

Terrible Service!

The hotel location, condition, maintenance and cleanliness were perfect but the service was terrible, Larissa in the Front Desk not very kind and unprofessional. They need to focus in customer service!

Excelent Experience

Excelent hotel, very convenient location inside Zona Libre, the rooms are the best, the hotel staff very helpful also. I strongly recommend this hotel for anybody that go to ColĂłn to make business.

When you go shopping to Colon in Panama, is realy hard to have a good hotel, near the free zone, allthough is not great, for bussines poupose is fine.
