Very noisy...clean and good design...but no rest.

We paid full price for a standard room. Checkin was fast, lobby looked great. We were taken to our room, #4, which was literally right next to the lobby front desk. Our room had vintage double pane door with glass. Room looked great and very clean. The problem is that door is the only window/door and it is looks straight into the lobby. In the morning we were woken up by the noise of the lobby.

Had a great stay here! Absolutely loved the hotel. There’s a rooftop patio where you can sit and relax. Everything in the town is walkable from the hotel. The rooms were really nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast had an assortment of fruit, breads/pastries, and meats and cheeses. Most of the tourists only do day trips, so it’s nice to spend an evening strolling around town when it’s less busy. All in all a great stay and would definitely return!

Charged twice for stay

Prepaid for our one night stay when booking. Arrived at property and was asked for a credit card hold (fine, usual practice) but realised after checking out the next day that we were charged again for a second time even though we had already paid. Contacted hotel who said they will investigate but then never replied after even after many follow ups. Very poor service and untrustworthy.

Quarto muito limpo, mas o que fiquei não tinha janela, para quem é claustrofóbico como eu pode ser um problema. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã simples pelo preço da diária. O ar condicionado não funcionou, sorte a minha que não estava quente o tempo, porque sem janela seria um problema. Localização muito boa.

Tudo excelente. Quarto lindo, confortável, silencioso. Café da manhã ótimo. Importante ressaltar que o estacionamento é na rua, na frente do hotel. Além disso, há 2 lances de escadas (estreita) para o piso onde se encontram a metade dos quartos. Isso não atrapalhou a nossa estadia, mas se tiver dificuldade de mobilidade, pode vir a ser um problema.

O check-in foi rápido e eficiente, transmitindo já de início a boa organização do hotel. A propriedade é nova ou recentemente reformada, com tudo muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. Ficamos no quarto número 2, que é amplo, extremamente limpo, organizado e confortável. Todas as instalações aparentam ser muito novas, o que contribui bastante para a experiência. Um ponto a mencionar é que este quarto fica na entrada do hotel, com janelas e portas voltadas para a rua. Num primeiro momento, isso causa certa estranheza, e tivemos alguma dificuldade para fechar e travar as portas — algo que consideramos importante para a segurança. No entanto, a equipe foi extremamente educada e ágil em resolver a questão, deixando tudo bem seguro. O barulho não foi um problema para nós. O hotel conta também com um rooftop que é um destaque à parte, perfeito para apreciar um final de tarde com vista para um pôr do sol maravilhoso, acompanhado de uma taça de vinho. Outro detalhe é o estacionamento: o hotel informa que dispõe dessa facilidade, mas ele é na rua. Felizmente, trata-se de uma rua ampla, e conseguimos deixar o carro estacionado bem em frente ao hotel sem qualquer problema. O café da manhã é simples, mas conta com as opções essenciais para um bom início de dia e energia suficiente para passear depois. De forma geral, o hotel oferece uma experiência muito agradável, com estrutura nova, limpeza impecável e uma equipe atenciosa e eficiente.
