This 2-story duplex features a modern kitchen & kitchenette, redesigned bathrooms, 2 living areas, onsite laundry and a large backyard. Hosting up to 8 guests, this home offers coziness in a central urban location

Take a quick stroll downtown to acclaimed restaurants, shops, and amenities. The Olympic Training Center is minutes away as well as the iconic Garden of the Gods.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us through the booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

The downstairs unit features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen, while the upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette. Each unit has its own keypad entry with unique codes for added ease and privacy.

The backyard and laundry amenities are shared between units. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located in the backyard.

On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Enjoy your own private entrance and a fenced backyard. Please note that a motivated dog could jump over our fence and should not be left unattended.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.

If you are not able to rent a car or drive–no worries! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.

***PLEASE NOTE*** This residence features two separate units, a main level and upper level suite. While the two units share the front door, each unit has a dedicated entrance. Stairs are required to access the upper level suite. The backyard and laundry amenities are also shared. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located in the backyard.

The upper level dining area of this unit is small. There is a table in the corner of the room and can accommodate about 2–3 people.

Additionally, this home has 4 window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this property.

Please refrain from smoking of any kind inside the property, as it will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Great location, Great for families

We were 3 generations staying here so bedrooms on the main floor were a must. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had enough of what we needed (even though we did not do any cooking). We notified management that a few family members have pet allergies. There was still a lot of coughing and sneezing. Also, hall bath had no floor mat by the sink. Overall, I would recommend!

Class Reunion

A group of friends were in town to attend our reunion at CC. We were suite-mates in college and the house was a great way to spend time together and take a trip down memory lane. Proximity to downtown was great and we also walked to the college.

Cozy and Comfy Cottage

Our family flew into town for a family wedding. Seven adults and one baby! The four bedrooms were just what we needed. Each of us had privacy if needed and common areas to gather and visit as well! The house offered everything we needed for our five night stay. I would recommend this house for families to gather. The house was much more comfortable than if we each had a hotel room. A Pack N Play was also available for our little one. We enjoyed our stay! The only sad thing is leaving to go back home. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to rerun one day!
