Bonny Estate brings together two thoughtfully designed units into one seamless stay—perfect for families, friends, or any group looking to enjoy Colorado Springs with room to spread out, relax, and enjoy both private and shared outdoor spaces. With five total bedrooms, two full kitchens, and flexible gathering areas, this property is built for connection and comfort.

♚ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains, which can be extremely cold in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
