This hotel has been a staple for my wife and i the kast 10 to 15 years and always had a great experience. New owners here in 2025 and they will be a mess of a hotel. We stayed for 6 nights to be told.on night one the ac went out, we were 4th floor moutain view for a reason its special for us and what wr always booked. They said ac will be back in next day for half the week. One employee said it went out while another employee saif it was planned to be down and fixed that week. They offer different room lower, dah we picked this room because it isnspecial to us. And then they give us a little fan for a 2 room suite. Really? Left a message with gm and didnt get a call back just a see the front desk message. Elevaters and carpets details are dirty and csrpet coming up, homelss wondering ariund the area ice raids 8 miles away elevators same elvator out of plain how hot they were as well. Completley unnaceptable customer experience to not be comped or offered anything at all. What a joke and this could change my mind permanatley about staying here ever again and should yours as well. We booked thru expedia so cant just cancel and go somewhere else and tie up another 800 dollars also not cool. Be careful on check in they double held 150 dollars on 2 different cards tying up 300 dollars while on vacation. Should have onky been a hold on 1 card. Also didnt fall off until after vacation. Just a terrible experience. Breakfast was only good thing.

The air in the room was not adjustable! It was extremely hot and miserable overnight! The front desk lady through text did offer to change our rooms but by the time I saw it was too late. For what we paid for a room a maintenance person should be onsite 24/7!

The good: Staff was friendly The bad: pictures are misleading of room. Got mountain view King suite and mainly picked room for balcony and the view. Got to room and found Balcony railing has been removed and sliding door screwed shut. Also bathroom was tiny and ac didn't work very well and was hot in room. In general not a bad hotel but should be advertised as it really is especially for cost of room and really needs updated.

Hot asf no AC

AC was down for the WHOLE BUILDING and the windows were sealed. It was hot as hell. On the listing it looked like the room had a balcony, but they've all been taken down and the doors sealed. The elevator by our room couldn't go down to the 1st floor. The breakfast was nice though.

Dissatisfied and disappointed

First, the AC in the property was out. so they gave us a box fan that was too loud to use. I know the this was not the staffs fault, however to tell me I can find another hotel, after driving 11 hrs, if I’m not happy wasn’t the best message. Second, this allegedly pet friendly hotel charged me a ridiculous $75 for my 7 lb dog to spend 1 night. That wasn’t referenced on hotels.com even after I searched by pet friendly hotels and it’s buried on the ES. website.

I did not like that there was no camera in or around the parking lots of the Colorado Springs Embassy suites. Our truck got robbed. Over 2000$. I told the front desk . Not one nada was said or ever thought of to make right. Plus my eight year old daughter fell into the cracked drain in the pool room. Vita Pilar Hochreiter 3/30 - 04/01/2025 was my stay. 7193401390 is my cell and 170.00 something was my room service bill. I gave a 7$ tip.
