By day Lakeside Haven is surrounded by three beautiful flower gardens and two gurgling waterfalls for that morning breakfast out. Perfect for that afternoon shade tree time with your loved ones enjoying Colorados cool breezes. And for outdoor fun, try out the five hole professional chip and put golfing or maybe a round of spike ball or cornhole.

Inside this luxury, four bedroom (3 kings and 1 queen), 3 full bath home you will be in the midst of ocean side décor living. Three bedrooms take you to Cabo, Carlsbad, and St Pete’s beach. Ocean living comes alive with sailing sculptures, sunset pictures, ocean beach birds.

You may not want to leave with a huge 4K theater room, bumper pool, shuffle board table in the down stairs rec room and even poker chips for a round of 21. And in the upstairs great room, your favorite movies can be viewed and heard like never before with the most advanced OLED 63” TV and stunning sound system, complete with the latest Apple TV. An Apple TV is also available in the master bedroom with a 4K TV.

Of course you will have all the living amenities you deserve with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor deck barbecue. Through extra large windows you’ll be catching your breath viewing the panoramic lake and expansive mountain range. If you are into exercising, a mini gym set with a stationary bicycle will fit the bill.

All of this within twenty miles of many fun things to do. Two small quaint towns Monuments (3 minutes away) and Palmer Lake 20 minutes away await your visit.
