- Best Route – The host provides the best directions to the house, ensuring only 7 minutes on unpaved roads, limited to the entrance of the neighborhood. All other roads leading to this point are paved.

- No Holiday Check-ins or Check-outs – Arrivals and departures are not permitted on holidays.
- No Open Fires – Due to extreme wildfire risk, all fire activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
- No Air Conditioning – A/C is uncommon in this area, even in new builds. To stay cool, open windows at night and close them during the day. Fans are provided for airflow.
- High Elevation (9,200 ft) – Altitude sickness is possible. Upon arrival, rest, stay hydrated, and limit alcohol consumption to prevent symptoms.
- No Third-Party Bookings—Bookings must be made by the guest staying at the property. For safety and security reasons, reservations on behalf of friends, family, or co-workers are not allowed.
