Spacious 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom with Sofa Sleeper
This stylish place to stay is perfect for access to Glacier National Park, centrally located in between Glacier and Whitefish in Historical Columbia Falls. Tucked away at the end of a dirt road, this is the ideal getaway for anyone seeking solitude in the foothills. Enjoy a cozy fire in the outdoor firepit with the family while preparing your next local adventure.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Columbia Falls house! It is clean, homey and comfortable and is very near to Glacier National Park. The parcel is just a few minutes from Columbia Falls but looking through the front windows makes you feel like you are alone in the forest! We saw a doe and her two fawns in the front yard almost every day of our stay. Drew was extremely responsive. When we let him know the coffee maker wasn't working well he immediately brought a new machine. We really appreciated this attention to detail and highly recommend this home!Christine and Paul
Beautiful little cabin between Whitefish and Columbia falls. Was a great home base for Under the Big Sky festival! Was clean, spacious and stayed cool despite no A/C. Loved the patio and fire pit! The only reason Iâm not giving 5 stars is that it needs wine glasses, another bedside table in the master bedroom (only has one), better pillows and another mirror as there is only one in the bathroom which makes it hard for several girls to get ready.
This property was perfect for our quick trip to Glacier. Very comfortably slept three (me, my partner, and my sibling), and the full kitchen and spacious front room easily hosted an additional two people for dinner each night. We saw lots of does and fawns out the window! The location is secluded (there is a dirt road involved!), but convenient. Good access to Going to the Sun Road and to Polebridge areas of the park. Would definitely book again!
Great place to stay, the cabin was clean. It is close to Glacier about a 20 min drive. There is no air conditioner so be aware if you are staying in the summer.
The house looks very nice, but we were not very happy with the cleanliness overall. 1. Our towels were dirty, we had to keep washing and re-using wash rags because there were only 3. 2. We were not aware that there would not be any A/C. I would not recommend staying during warmer months.3. The glass were covered in what appeared to be soap scum. I washed them throughly with dish soap and the scrubber sponge that was left. We go on vacation to relax and not have to do chores. I donât mind pulling bedding and throwing towels in the wash at the end of my stay, but I should not have to do it at the beginning.
The place was as described and perfect for us for our stay-simple and comfortable! Location was super quiet and we had a deer and her fawn that came to the front yard each night! Drew was great to work with and answered all questions promptly! We would definitely stay there again!
Drew's cabin was a modern and well-appointed space at a convenient distance from Glacier. It was nicely tucked away from Columbia Falls as well, making it easy to run out for essentials while also feeling some privacy. Drew went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay and was very responsive to any concerns we had.
We had a great time in Montana and this little house was the perfect place for us to stay! It was clean and tidy and perfect for just a couple of people! There were a few maintenance issuses but nothing that made our stay terrible! Would definitely recommend!
My husband and I stayed for a little over a week for our elopement/honeymoon near Glacier.
The good:
Location was perfect, safe, close to amenities and the park but also fairly isolated. Really nice space, well decorated, comfortable, and the host communicated well. Price was reasonable for the area.
The bad:
Felt kind of like a VRBO run by people that doesnât use VRBO.. every day we ran into things that werenât ideal for a stay. No scissors, no cooking spray/oil, no oven mitts, empty laundry detergent, no dryer sheets, only one seat cushion for a set of outdoor chairs, no coffee.. when we went to make the coffee we purchased the machine was filthy and we skipped it. We ran out of hot water every shower. No outdoor trash or recycling bins so trash bags will start to smell unless driven somewhere.
This space has so much potential! But I would probably find somewhere else next time weâre in the area
The location of the property was perfect for all of the things we wanted to do in the area.
The cabin was very nice and clean. We were disappointed with the sofa sleeper bed, but none of those things are really that comfortable. The bedding provided wasnât sufficient, mismatched pieces to make do with. When we arrived we noticed an unusual amount of spiders in the cabin, and there were no garbage bags, and the hot water wouldnât last in the shower for more than five minutes. Drew was very responsive and came right away to bring garbage bags and spray for the spiders, but wasnât able to fix the water heater. So the worst part about the stay was not being able to take hot showers.
Just needed kitchen and bath washcloths. Really appreciated that you supplied dish soap, handsoap, paper towels & toilet paper. There are no pot holders.
Loved the property. Felt like you were somewhat secluded with having the amenities of town very close. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!
Check in and check out was easy. Any questions, Drew answered promptly. Very clean and modern and comfortable. Enjoyed the daily white tail does and babies that came through
every night.
Overall a good place to stay. I would suggest the property owner make a note specifically addressing the cabin does not have AC (or invest in a portable AC unit). I assumed it did and not being from the area that was a bad assumption. Clean, good communication with the property owner, and close to Glacier.
This place by far is one of the nicest, most comfortable places we have stayed on vacation. The location was perfect for going to Glacier National Park. We had a lovely mother deer and her two fawns stop by every evening, along with some friends.
We would definitely stay her again in a heartbeat.
Missing pillow cases for couch pullout bed. Biggest issues is that the unit was hot during the day and at night. You could only open the bath window at night. All other windows need stops to safely leave open at night. Place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the location and the fire pit.
First, I can't stand generic reviews full of buzz words that reveal nothing. We are travelers & stay at a lot of short term rentals. This place is over-priced for what it offers. We received waaaay more bang for the buck at other properties throughout the U.S. It is a glorified hotel room/mobile home, not a cabin. Yes, it is CLEAN, but unless you are staying in a sleazy Vegas hotel; you should expect that.
PROS: Clean, remote, fire pit, nice leather couches/dining table, great proximity to Glacier NP and activities.
CONS: Everything is cheaply constructed. Laminated floors/countertops, plastic doors/siding. Not a cabin. Feels like a low budget hotel room. Bed is uncomfortable. Interior lighting feels like a commercial office space with no dimmers [lacks proper ambient/task lighting]. Bare bones and not well-stocked [simply silverware and pans from the local thrift store, salt, sugar]. Outside grounds not well-kept [+1ft tall weeds in the back, 4-5in. tall grass out front.] No cushions for outside furniture. Stacked washing machine out in the open. Automatic sprinklers will douse you by surprise!
