Room was okay, staff was great. BUT I had to pay to park in a garage because there were no spots at the hotel. That wasn't part of the reservations. I have a bad knew and it was hard walking to and from the garage.

We were settling in and starting to make the couch bed and it was broken. We had to switch rooms which was fine but the room we were moved to was dirty. The drawers had sticky handles and there was yellow pee around the toilet. There was also something smeared all over the back of the bathroom door.

The rate for parking changed several times. First free, 1 week after booking $14 and day we arrived, 10 minutes before check in, $17. I also called to get a roll away bed and was told they could do it. Upon arrival, I was told they don’t have roll away beds. Manager was helpful and found a room with two beds.
