Our stay had some ups and downs. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom, but the staff handled it quickly and moved us to another room right away. I also noticed some of the washcloths were dingy, though they were replaced as soon as I mentioned it. The gym doesn’t open until 9 a.m., which is inconvenient for guests who like to work out early. On a positive note, the location was perfect for our needs, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom layout — the sink and shower being separate felt awkward. Overall, our experience was mixed. While I appreciated the staff’s responsiveness, I’m not sure if we would stay here again.

The staff was considerate of guest needs, very friendly and organized. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked a better variety and more food options for breakfast, though. Breakfast is an important component. Overall, my stay was pretty good.

Beds were a little too high, but comfortable. Pillows were wonderful! The tub was a little slippery and realky could use some handles for getting in and out.

Room was large (King), modern and clean. The AC unit was reasonably quiet and emitted a constant fan noise (great!). But customer care/maintenance is lacking. The display screen at my check-in station wouldn't accept initials or signature so what was already a cumbersome check-in process simply got worse. In the room, the bedside lamps on one side didn't work and a piece of the baseboard was missing. The TV remote was indecipherable and seemed to work differently than most. There was a channel guide, but instructions for the remote. Nevertheless, the Staff were friendly and the stay was pleasant enough.

The hotel was great. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and proficient. The food was good and the checkout process was easy. The surrounding businesses and people walking the streets nearby were a little sketchy, but the hotel was not unsafe nor unclean as a result. We would stay here again if we needed to.

I would have said it was excellent but a guests dogs bathed from 10-11:30 pm and I couldn’t sleep. I SOOOOO appreciate that pets are welcome (I had my dog with me), but last night was ridiculous. There should be a rule that people are not allowed to leave their pets in the room unattended.
