Large independent cottage, walking distance to campus and downtown Columbia

Though this independent cottage is classified as a studio, it is very large (660 sq. ft.), with areas for the bedroom, living room, extra sleeping space with a twin-sized futon-bed in it and a large central space to socialize, work or eat in. The building has its own entrance and is located in the Old South-West of Columbia, a 10-minute walk to campus, groceries and campus. The neighborhood has its own park, is very quiet and is right off the Katy Trail. There are four friendly chickens in the garden, a couple of very sociable dogs, and a wood-fired bread bakery next door. It is, above all, very comfortable.
