Bedroom Two (Queen):

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Columbia for the Masters

Perfect location! Door with key pad, has to be pushed shut hard before closing completely. Out side patio area has not been maintained for while and the weather was nice we would have used that area. I am saddened this property was already reserved for Oct. 16-20. Perfect location for USC football weekend rental!

Large 2 Bedroom Townhouse

Lots of space to spread out and if the weather was warmer the outdoor courtyard would have been a plus. Starter items appreciated. The check in was not typical compared to other rental experiences. Suggest a simpler process to obtain the entry instructions. The plumbing on all 3 toilets did not work well. A few more lamps in the unit would be helpful. Otherwise, a large 2 bedroom townhouse with a nice location.

Excellent property. My family and i really enjoyed our stay. I will say, i did have issues with my allergies because its a pet friendly property. But the property was clean and everything was beautiful. Great relaxing outdoor patio as well.

Great for the short visit

The property was just as described. Great location except for the daily early morning train; although, my son slept through it each day! If you're a light sleeper and not an early morning riser, it might be annoying. We were able to deal with it for the three nights we were there.

Great location for a recent stay for orientation at USC very convenient to the campus and five points. As advertised, there are trains, but the sound machines provided help drown out the noise during the night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Great accomodations and very secure. Very clean and comfortable. Very suitable/convenient location for our needs. Only downside is the active train tracks nearby.

The townhouse was perfect for our purposes. Comfortable, good layout and well appointed. Great location, close to everything. Quiet neighborhood except for the occasional train whistle noise but that is urban living which we are custom to. Would stay again!

Great townhouse!

This was a great property! The manager was friendly and easy to work with before arriving and during the stay. The location was fantastic and the home had a good layout. If you are a light sleeper, you will wake up to the train one time during the night but I would still stay here again.

Great stay with family in a beautifully outfitted townhome in a great location. Easy coordination and access with manager. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and pubs. Short walk to USC. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Columbia SC. You will not be disappointed.

Great location, very clean, lots of stairs

Everything was great except we didn’t realize there are so many levels. Several steps down to den from kitchen area and to the courtyard outside. We knew the bedroom was upstairs but with bad knees the extras steps in living areas made it difficult for me. Only other problem was there was no coffee there for the regular drip coffee maker. Otherwise, everything was very clean and it’s a quiet neighborhood close to our concert venue, downtown and Five Points.
