Dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Sheets were not washed and had stains everywhere. Comforters ripped. Burns throughout the room. Smoke alarm no batteries not attached to wall. Fridge/tv were not plugged in- electrical outlets looks like a fire hazard waiting to happen. No lights in room minus one lamp that looked like it hadn’t been wiped off in years. Hair in bathroom. No trash can. Ultimately we did not stay and demanded a refund.

Clean, quiet rooms and great location.

The hotel is a great help because it is centrally located near the shopping areas I like and there are at least 3 buses that can get me across the city. The hotel room itself was clean and quiet and this allowed me to relax, recharge and unwind. My overall experience was positive and this will keep me coming back. Great job. 😉👍

Horrible !!!

Not only was, I met with an absolute horrible odor when I walked into my room. On my first night I saw one of their other tenants smack into another Car and Drive off and the staff did nothing. I went to the desk multiple times to file a complaint to assist in that person getting their car fixed. They do not offer any breakfast past a coffee even though it says that they offer breakfast you can have crackheads at your door at 2 AM screaming all night. People slamming their car doors, blaring music. You can go to the front desk and wait an hour and a half to speak to somebody if you’d like or you can deal with it. On top of all of that refused to give me clean sheets gave me a comforter that hurt holes in it from cigarettes even though I requested a non-smoking room it smelled like absolute smoke. Cigarette butts left in my drawers. I had broken dressers. A fridge that did not work. I cannot find a solid good thing to say about this hotel and they also refused me a refund. I want to also note that the pool does not work so if you’re looking for any of the amenities that they had advertised look somewhere else.

Started this reservation with entering alobby where the guy behind the counter was being berated and threatened by some guy who was later found rolling around on a scooter on the second deck. This place more resembled an apartment complex in a low income neighborhood with people who clearly stay there longterm loitering out in the parking lot and outside their rooms like a ghetto apartment complex. It was not a very welcoming and appealing first impression. Then I get up to the room and its nothing to write home to mom about but it will do this late in the game. Shortly after though I realize there are zero towels in the room, not a single one. To make matters worse, the shower faucet didnt turn hot! When I told the receptionist he gave me a look like I was an idiot and proceded to "mansplain" to me how a shower faucet works. I told him I'm aware of how to work a shower but the actual temperature control aspect of the faucet is the factor here. He gave me an indignant look like "what am I supposed to do about it" and proceded to just walk around the corner and grab the towels and came back like I had not said anything. So no, I would not recommend this place for the typical traveler.

An Enjoyable Stay

When we arrived they told me i could not check in since i am 18 but on their terms and polices it says 18 and older to book. So they proceeded to ask me for a picture of my mother’s drivers license?? WEIRD first of all. then we finally get our key and go up to the room and these two lady’s get in the elevator with us and say “did you guys hear that gun shot. after the boy fired the gun he ran off like nothing happened” so we were already shaken before going into the room. we finally get into our room and it smelled awful, there were stains on our sheets and on the walls. My friend decided to go into the bathroom and she tried to turn the shower on and the shower knob completely fell off into the shower, so we grabbed our stuff and went straight down to get our refund and leave. they completely disregarded the fact that we wanted to leave, continued to ask if we just wanted another room and i would repeatedly tell them no. he told me he was going to have to charge me for the first night, which did not make sense because we were only in the room for maybe 10 minutes at max, and then when i had checked my account it said they went ahead and charged me for both nights and charged me a different charge for 58 dollars. which in my mind i’m thinking they charged me for their shower being broken so i called and called and no one answered at all. long story short, do NOT book with this place.

Had to pay extra fever early check-in, went on lunch and concert came back to the room to find that it was filthy, and there were bugs in the bathroom in the TV stand and running around the floor.

They only had one room available and i reserved two. The room reaked of smoke and only had one bed, when we needed two. We were approached in the parking lot with what I suspect was drug activity. It was scary and terrible

I did not stay here after all. It was horrible and would not let my kids go in the room they were trying to give me. Burn marks all in the comforter in a nonsmoking room. Was just absolutely disgusting like it was not clean from previous people. Pool was not even open.

The room was disgustingly dirty- reeked of smoke. The sheets were stained. The shower was filthy. The toilet hadn't even been flushed. We paid for a NON SMOKING first floor room and got a second floor room (no elevator to assist with my bad hip) that reeked and they even called it a "smoking room" - there were cigarette burns on the comforter and cigarette butts and old food in the air conditioner. We entered the room at 1 AM and left by 7 AM with a migraine from the smell. We didn't even sleep under the covers and we couldn't shower. The structure of the building was unsafe and there were cracks in the foundation and leaks in the roof. When we requested anything we were just told no and that they were fully booked. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I will be reporting the filth to the health dept. Absolutely disgusting!!!
