Located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Columbus and very close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. This townhouse has classic, stylish furniture, decor and kitchen appliances. The lease has a 30-day minimum and includes use of the community fitness center and pool.

The condo has been updated with modern furnishings and kitchen appliances and a 2nd full bath. There is ample free parking for 2 cars in front of the condo and you have your own private entrance. The entry level has the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Basement level has a finished den/ office, 2nd bath with shower, and an unfinished storage and laundry area complete with washer and dryer. Super High-Speed wifi available throughout the condo.
