The Ginny; named after the owner`s grandmother who was a Victorian Village native, is as tasteful, luxurious, and comfortable as the woman herself. This new build Carriage House was built with top of the line finishes, and professionally designed to give our guests a 5 star hotel experience for their extended stay.

No expense was spared in the careful construction of this property. Quartz countertops, hardwood floors, top of the line heating/AC, a Jolie Filtered Showerhead, and a professionally designed space. Thoughtful amenities to provide a perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. This home is for 30 day or longer stays for traveling professionals.

Guests will have the full carriage house, which has a loft style design with partial walls to divide the living and bedroom. It is on the second floor, with a door access on the south side of the garage. This home is in the Short North, so on street parking is available and a tenant parking pass will be provided. Guests do not have access to the inside of the garage, and other than temporary parking to load/unload things, no parking is available in front of the garage doors. Guests will not have access to the backyard of the main house.

Property owner does live in the main house and is a working professional. They respect the space and privacy of their guests and ask that guests do the same.
No smoking allowed inside house.
