Only time I'll make it to Scotland

I picked this hotel as a stopover on a drive to Nashville. Very friendly check in. The hotel was just off the interstate and had plenty choices to eat. Only drawback was a stained sheet. Otherwise I would return.

No sheets on the pull out bed. Had to ask room service for them and then make the bed ourselves, we arrived at 9p.m after a 4 hour drive The TV also didnt work, made 2 phone calls to the front desk and never had any response. There was 3 kids with me and no working tv.

When we arrived in our room, there were dirty towels in the bathroom. We called the front desk and met one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever encountered. We ended up leaving and finding a cleaner hotel.

Very clean and updated rooms. Conveniently located. Exercise room. Exceptionally nice breakfast. The only problem was when we checked in. The lady at the front desk appeared to be training someone on the computer and ignored us. When she finally said something she wasn’t very welcoming and then we had to wait even longer because she continued to talk to the trainee.

Overnight comfort

Family trip. We stayed one night and were very pleased with the comfortable beds, the cleanliness, and the very friendly staff. Mary did an outstanding job of maintaining the breakfast bar. She went over and above as she checked to make sure we had everything we needed. She and the rest of the staff were incredibly warm and friendly.
