As I walked off the elevator, food, trash, and beer bottles were on the table. The first room I was given had hair in the shower and sink. After requesting a 2nd room, there was hair IN THE BED!!! I called management and requested a refund. They stated that I will be credited the amount but have not been reimbursed as of 10/14.

Lobby was very pretty I wish they put as much attention to the bedrooms. Bathrooms need an update with walk in showers. Room smelled musty so I would recommend new carpet. Also mattress was not comfortable.

I was disappointed that we didn’t get our room cleaned. Had to use wet towels and make my own bed. We even ran out of toilet paper. For what we paid cleaning should have been included. Can’t use COVID as an excuse anymore, Other hotels are cleaning rooms.

The room needs fixed a little but the morning staff was nice and helpful but the evening staff was not welcoming. Maybe they had an off day. But the room shades and curtains need fixed and the bathroom shower ceiling is falling apart by paint peeling and the air conditioner has a border at the bottom that was completely torn off and needs to be repaired
