Outside of building needs some serious help. Shrubbery, Exterior repair, etc. The pool was closed. We did notice the whole pool area also needs some help. The hotel rooms, great staff, cleanliness, and common areas were very well representative of the high standard I’ve come to enjoy from Hyatt.
