Comfortable home base for holiday dinner & OSU football. Quiet location close to stores, etc. Thermostat s/b checked - doesn’t consistently provide heat. Otherwise, all good & as expected.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The house was beautiful & just like the listing. Any minor issues we had, Estephanie was super responsive & handled everything. The customer service is what sets this rental apart from others. She was kind, accommodating, & very helpful. This house is perfect for a couple or family. Plenty of room. The location is also great! So much to do & just a short drive from downtown Columbus. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you, Estephanie 😊

My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much. It was clean I mean not a spot of dust! It was just the way all properties should host a place. The decor was so nice. It was very nicely done. Can’t go wrong with this place especially if your attending a Buckeye event.

Clean Comfortable Stay

The VRBO is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Our family met there as a central location from 3 directions. The home was very clean and had been recently renovated. The pictures on the website are spot on. Having two full baths plus a half bath on the first floor were nice and convenient. Beds were comfortable. There were only 3 plates in the kitchen, but the property manager had more delivered the first morning. We had 6 adults, so there wasn’t really enough seating in the living room. We pulled in dining chairs to gather in the seating area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property met our weekend needs.

Happy with cleanliness

Was happy with the cleanliness of the property, good suburb access to Columbus. Even had fancy folds on end of toilet paper rolls. Made reservation via VRBO for pet, property is pet friendly. VRBO reservation confirmed. Then red awning needed pet information for property owners approval. Then red awning reported pet approved, did we still want to bring as their was an additional fee (which is in VRBO, so apply it. Some issues could be new property related, but some are poor maintenance. One was should have one set of dishware for each guest the property is built for at a minimum. Plate, bowl, glass, silverware. Property advertised linen and towels provided. Did have linens and towels, but no wash clothes or hand towels, or dish towels. Front door electronic lock is a pain, first told code is XXXX, figured out you have to then hit the check button. But then door auto locks before you close it. Couldn't figure out correct way to lock it from outside, but I would lock on interior, unlock, get out quick and shut door and then the auto lock would lock. Several kitchen cabinet doors and drawers need adjusted. One set of doors were so loose you couldn't shut and finally screw fell out. The upstairs attached bathroom faucet is plumbed backward, hot is cold, and cold is hot. Outside needs some cleanup of debris in yard, but was useable for our dog. Neighbors do use the properties yard to play football in, which did impact ability to let dog out.
