We are frequent travelers due to sports. We stay at all the typical chains and this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. A severely peeling office chair, a drawer that was being kept closed with folded paper, stained sheets and linens, badly stained window blinds, filthy carpet, rusted bathroom fixtures, stains on the ceiling, peeling paint, poorly insulated walls (you could hear everything), no water refill stations or jugs. I found an ant crawling on my bag after we left the lobby for breakfast. This place was just gross.

While the staff was fine, this was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. We travel frequently for sports, nearly once a month and stay at the typical hotel chains. The office chair had huge chunks of pleather pealing, the sheets and linens were stained, the light fixture in the bathroom was badly rusted, the ceiling in the bathroom had brown stains and the fan didn’t work. The blinds were not only stained but had a spot with dead insect remnants. There was no water bottle refill station or complimentary water. The carpet was filthy. One of the drawers has folded up paper shoved in the opening to prevent the drawer from continuously rolling open. The beds were on squeaky metal frames that aren’t much better than beds you’d find in a Boy Scout cabin. The insulation was also terrible, you can hear everything through the walls including the doors to the rooms that slam shut very loudly. We don’t stay anywhere fancy for tournaments but this was just ridiculous. We weren’t comfortable at all.

Staff were very helpful. The toilet continued to run unless we lifted the handle up and there appeared to be water running from somewhere near the toilet. there was obvious water damage in bathroom ceiling. The coffee pot didn't work.

My husband couldn’t even stay he is there for work we had to pay for another hotel and you refuse to respond for a refund. As small as a closet no privacy and the bathroom was so small he could sit normal on the toilet this is such awful customer service.

The room was very clean. The bed was a little surprising. It was too noisy. If you moved, the springs made all kinds of noise. We kept waking each other up every time we moved in the bed. And the blinds need to be darker. Since there is another business next door with cars going by
