The room and also that they don’t serve breakfast. The general manager was extremely sweet and very helpful and nice but the night staff was very rude and the morning staff on Saturday was OK. I’m not sure if we will book here again unless they do get breakfast because having to spend that much on breakfast those two mornings was a lot. Also the parking lot that was right beside the hotel needs a better system about being able to get in and out and the one that’s across the street from the hotel should’ve definitely been plowed, which it was not very hard to drive through it and also walking through it as I have bad knees, but again the general manager was extremely nice

We walked into our hotel room and immediately found visible blood stains on the mattress. We reported it to the front desk right away and, although another room was offered, we were no longer comfortable staying after seeing such a serious sanitation issue. What’s most disappointing is that the hotel refused to refund our money, leaving us out several hundred dollars and scrambling to find another place to stay. A room in this condition should never be marked ready for guests, and requesting a refund under these circumstances is more than reasonable.

Clean room and friendly staff. There was some type of fragrance that was very strong, a vanilla smell. It was very strong in the lobby but also carried over to the room . You couldnt get away from it. As someone with asthma which is triggerd by strong smells ,this was quite unpleasent for me.

My “upgraded” room was dark and dingy. It was dirty. The hallway is dirty and smells bad. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked multiple times for more. Never got any. Hair dryer blew up. Microwave didn’t work right. Check in took 45 minutes. Had to have keys reset at least 5 times. Nobody even emptied trash in 3 days. Our “spa” shower was so dingy bathtub with a gross curtain and ran out of hot water. Do not recommend this place.
