The photos online made the room look way nicer than what I walked into. The staff were friendly, and the rooms weren’t dirty, just not the cleanest. No bugs or anything like that, so that was a relief, but the place definitely needs some attention. The lobby and floor tiles were cracked, and the elevator made noises that had me questioning my life choices every time I stepped in. The pool area was freezing, like someone forgot heaters even exist, and there were no towels anywhere. The room setup was confusing. I honestly want to know who designed it because the layout made no sense at all. The room has potential, it just needs upgrades and a smarter design. Corporate, call me. I have ideas.

The room was not cleaned well or in depth prior to our arrival. Handprints and stains on the wall, water stains and peeling wallpaper on the ceiling. There was also a sewage smell that kept permeating the room in and off, but we were only there for 2 nights that it wasn’t worth a room move for us to make a fuss. But we do love the hotel area, staff, and suite size.
