The room was spotless and whole hotel sparkling clean. The tile work in every area was beautiful. The staff were very friendly & answered my questions about parking garage (not affiliated to hotel but attached) Very convenient location just a block from Nationwide Arena & entertainment district and attached to Convention Center. The Bar and Cafe was beautiful and the breakfast was top notch! We will stay here again!

Great place very quiet. Very nice walk to the Nationwide Arena. The Vine+Forge had great staff they were very efficient! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff, clean room, and great location. The bar/restaurant was also solid and it was very nice to have it open over the Thanksgiving holiday. We also used the gym on multiple days – it's nothing special, but it's spacious and has a full dumbbell set, so it worked well.

The room was good. The staff were nice. There was some outdoor(?) construction going on and I kept driving right by it because I couldn’t see the sign (covered by a green tarped fence). No sign on the actual building accept for the name of the restaurant. The construction signs did have the Sonesta name on it but I didn’t read those. There was also no outdoor lighting in front of the building on the street. It was very dark. I was given a $10 credit to use at the hotel. I used it for breakfast the next morning. I was then told that they would go ahead and honor it even though it was only good for the first day. So the “credit” was good from check in until midnight? Wow. I apparently did not understand that at check in. The breakfast was great though!

We chose to upgrade the hotel room because the "loft" rooms were described as more luxurious. What a misrepresentation! The "lofts" are across the street from the hotel, and you have to dodge construction to get there, along with all the cars waiting for valet parking! Valet parking cost us an additional $43 dollars per day, and because of construction, the self park was blocked off! It was a mess! The room was a "loft king suite" and it was NOT as it appears in the hotel pics. There is VERY little lighting in both rooms, and only 1-2 electrical outlets. The light over the coffee maker just blinked, it did not turn on. The "light" in the bedroom was so dim that it was useless. The hot water in the shower did not work the first day, so I had to wash my hair in the sink! This was fixed quickly, but not in time for me to get ready the first day. The second day, the water was lukewarm, not hot. The decor, if you can call it that, was sparse and minimalistic. The lobby smelled strongly of musk-like they were trying hard to cover another odor. The old windows did little to block the street noise. All of this for $892 for 2 nights!!!! Don't be fooled by the website pics, stay away from the "loft" rooms!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Bar Staff was outstanding. Front Desk Attendant was very helpful. Valet parting Attendant put my vehicle keys on the wrong parking ticket. The next day as I tried to get my vehicle the parking attendant on duty brought me the wrong vehicle. He then had to search all the tickets and find my correct keys. He corrected the problem, however this was unacceptable.
